Gherpe Red Table Lamp

A strikingly innovative design object or one of the first real interactive luminous objects, this table lamp changes its light from white to colored upon choice, to create an absorbing, emotional ambiance. Recalling a marine creatures’ shell, the shade is made of red cut and heat-formed Perspex, while the plates and fittings are fashioned of polished steel and the knobs in turned nylon.
